Questions I Have for the Author

While reading the first book in the Twilight Saga, I formed some questions about the characters and plot that I wish I could ask the author, Stephenie Meyer. My first one is, how were the students at Forks High School so oblivious to the fact that five vampires were attending high school with them? Some of the students caught on to the facts that the Cullens were pale, strange, and didn't attend school on unusually warm and sunny days. But nobody ever thought of them as anything other than "weird" except for Bella. Other questions I have pertain to the logistics of the Cullen family and how they move around so often. Does the Cullen family pay taxes? Are the Cullens able to take out credit cards? How does Carlisle pass background checks to become a doctor in every city that they move to? Do the Cullens get fake birth certificates made for them? All of these real-life things are never mentioned in the book, which is understandable, but they are things that I've been wondering about. I also wonder about how vampires digest blood or if their bodies are capable to digesting human food. And, why was Bella attracted to Edward in the first place? How was Bella so accepting and understanding of the vampires' lifestyles so quickly? Bella was very quick to adapt to how Edward and his "siblings" acted, and I want to know how she wasn't afraid, utterly confused, and in total shock like I would be.
